Our role within this project, was to install the piling mat and then excavate around the piles for the reinforced ground beams to sit on. We constructed the reinforced concrete ground beams, to the footprint of the building and then fixed the permanent beamform to each one. We instated all underground drainage and services. As well as the external work to the surrounding of the building including, shaping the new access road and bringing the levels up and slabs to the rear porch of each double doors.
