- Darby Groundworks Limited have started the construction of all external works to Manhattan Loft Gardens, a mix of residential properties and hotel, within the building, in central Stratford. Working with Bouygues UK.
- Darby Groundworks Limited have recently started works on phase one of the construction of 5,700 residential units in Chilmington Green, Kent programmed over a 20 year period. Working with Hodson Developments.
